About Us

Who are we? We are a group of teachers who are connecting through the Global Read Aloud to engage in collaborative projects and rich conversations about the book All American Boys.  The blog is created by Ms. Bauer and Ms. Coniglio in Ontario and will grow as more collaborators get involved.

    Thank you for setting this up! I'm here in Calumet City, Illinois. I have two other classes in my school joining us for the Global Read Aloud as well as various staff and community members. I can't wait to use this book to unite our community and foster great discussion.

    I have three 10th grade classes participating in the Global Read Aloud. This is my first time joining in. Very excited that we got our Donors Choose project funded so we could have 35 copies of AAB. Looking forward to learning with all of you!
